2022 New Year Transformations
Welcome 2022!
New beginnings give us the opportunity to foster, change, and evolve. The start of a new year is a perfect time for introspection. It’s a significant time to reflect on what you’ve accomplished from the year you have just left behind and to re-think the dreams you hold that have yet to unfold.
This past year we’ve all had to maneuver through an ever-changing world. No one told us that going through such a metamorphosis would be so challenging. It has required us to find new ways to get back up on our feet and rise back into our strength. While you cannot always change what is happening, you always have the power to change how you receive it. Now is the time to ask yourself what personal habits you might need to change that will support you in becoming more powerful and resilient in these unstable times. It’s time to show up and say goodbye to the fear and gloom of the past and set a new determination to shift and grow. Do you know what you need to do?
Make some time to set positive intentions that will invigorate you into putting your best foot forward. Think about what you could do for yourself to feel more positive and fulfilled. Giving some thought to transforming yourself into a happier, healthier better you will ignite the magic you need to fuel yourself into optimistic creative action.
Ask yourself, “What am I calling in for 2022? What do I want to happen for myself?”
As I reflect on the last 2 years, I realize I’ve learned the importance of creating positivity and finding joy a daily practice. Here is my list of quick and easy suggestions to help you find yours!

Activate your Radiant Circuits
Exercise for 30 minutes a day – go for a walk or jog, dance, climb up and down your home stairs, raise your heartbeat and those happy hormones – “endorphins”!
Meditate – connect with the higher vibratory states – positive emotions vibrate at a higher rate – negative emotions are heavier and dense energetically. When we meditate, we are climbing a ladder in order to peak over the inner chaos and find our way out
Watch or read something funny or uplifting – The Book of Joy by Dalai Lama
Make time for Self-care
Go with the flow - be adaptive – life can change in a blink of an eye
Find a way to connect with loved ones – call up a friend to check in and say hello
Surround yourself with positivity
Accept and love others for who they are - instead of judging, be happy for others
Slow down – be present – being too rushed, always having too much to do, creates anxiety and stress
Take a break – make time to eat, to have a rest, recharge and refresh yourself
Read – technological distractions can dull our imaginations and a good book can take you on a trip to far way beautiful places
Listen to music – Solfeggio frequencies of love 528 Hertz or above can lift your mood
