What is Remote Viewing?
I attended a symposium in 2001, called “Ignite the Spirit”, when I was first introduced to the topic of Remote Viewing. Our large Convention Centre was filled with thousands of people who had come to be inspired by all the different types of motivators lined up to speak. It was 2-days of incredible thought-provoking lectures, and in the middle of the 2nd day I blown away when David Morehouse, PhD came on stage to give his talk. Having a doctorate in teaching, David was a phenomenal storyteller, and when he began to explain how he had been selected into the world of being a psychic spy I was hooked! Not only had he experienced a paranormal “visitation” by what he referred to as an “angel” but instead of thinking he was “crazy” the US military offered him a position in their secret Star Gate program called “Sun Streak” at Fort Mead, Maryland. As he began to display diagrams that showed surprising peer reviewed science, I became incredibly excited about what he was saying. Not only was he trained in the understanding of supernatural abilities, but he had been taught a credible protocol that he claimed he could teach us, that would in turn show that we could do it as well!

Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV) follows strict protocols that were developed at the Stanford Research Institute under contract with the U.S. government during the Cold War. David Morehouse, PhD had been trained by a special military task force to “see” across space and time using his mind! After being enlisted in this unit as an elite operational soldier he was confident he could teach this type of mental martial art to anyone who was willing to learn. He assured all of us listening intently on the edge of our seats, that this ability was innately built into every one of us even though we may not be consciously be aware of it. He was confident anyone open to learning how to do it would be able to because we were most likely already using these abilities without even realizing it.
I didn’t need much more convincing and quickly ran out into the lobby to grab one of his best-selling books called “The Psychic Warrior”. I immediately signed up for his 1st level CRV course being offered out at the University of British Columbia. After 6 days of fascinating lectures and completing 4 different target sessions I was profoundly changed. I spent the next 4 years completing all his courses to eventually become a skilled advanced viewer. David and I became great friends and after joining him on a trip through the Andes of Peru with a small group of fellow Remote Viewers, I met David Hughes, another one of his trained top advanced viewers, who now collaborates with myself, and David Morehouse, PhD to teach David Morehouse’s world renowned course here at Core Potentials Academy.

The difference between natural psychic receptivity and remote viewing is that the latter is a trained skill that the average person can learn to do in some degree or another. Coordinate Remote Viewing is a scientifically designed method to help you separate and distinguish your true innate psychic perceptions from your imagination. When you learn how to do this you gain this incredible insight into your own personal unique kinaesthetic sensory connection to all that exists in creation.
The original 1999 movie called “The Matrix” plot-line shows that reality, as its main character, played by Keanu Reeves learned, is being generated from an all-powerful automated energy source field called the “matrix”. In reality this movie is a great representation for Quantum science understandings that explain a similar organic energetic wave particle field that binds all that is. We learn that this universal web of energy does not communicate with us in the same way we’ve been taught language. Instead, it expresses itself to us much more through our intuitive feelings and senses.
When Remote viewers view, they're asked to work blind to what they’ve been asked to explore. When learning to connect to this quantum field of infinite knowledge, thoughts pour in, and the protocol of CRV teaches you how to organize these impressions on a piece of paper. You are attempting to describe very subtle information that is much weaker than your conscious perception. It is subtle flashes of colour, a smell, a taste, an idea or even a quick picture that comes into the mind that you are asked to recall. Viewers begin to get quick bits of information, much like the aperture of a camera that opens and closes so quickly, they almost don’t notice it. You learn to separate out the mind chatter and illegitimate imaginations often experienced in any intuitive process. By first getting into a meditative brainwave state you become more present in the moment, increasing your ability to detect and decode more subtle information, before your conscious mind interferes.
Your unconscious mind is already hardwired into the “matrix field” and is ever present and connected to all that is, all that ever was, and all that ever will be. It knows what the blind target is and merely needs to be linked to it. Once it does, unconscious data is filtered in through your mind and your autonomic nervous system. It is a subtle process that has a life force all its own. Viewers are asked to humble themselves and let go of the need to be perfect. The process does not need the help of our own personal ego. The need to be right is pure ego. It’s about learning to trust that your subconscious has got this and just allow the process to happen. Even the best remote viewers may not connect with the target from time to time. The most important aspect of remote viewing is self-actualization – to learn about yourself. It is not solely about being accurate. It’s an ability you cultivate and it grows stronger over time with your intention, practice and consistency.
This super-ability frees our human minds to travel through the universe, exploring an endless array of normally imperceptible realities and dimensions. For me learning to Remote View included much more than just a method for gathering information. It became a transformational tool instilling me with the absolute and irrefutable evidence that we are much more than the physical. This life changing teaching resuscitated my natural modes of sensing and profoundly changed the course of my life. I came to understand a much more evolved quantum understanding of the nature of reality, which finally allowed me to confidently embrace my highly sensitive side and to trust my natural intuitive gifts again. It has greatly enhanced my profession as an Energy Medicine alternative health practitioner and now guides me in everything I do in my life.
