With a wealth of experience in athletics, nutrition, and rehabilitation, Britte is a leading specialist in the field of neuromusculoskeletal disorders. Drawing on the principles of traditional osteopathic practice, she employs a range of gentle, non-intrusive techniques to target nerves, muscles, fascia, joints, viscera, vasculature, and lymphatics, all of which contribute to the body's overall function and well-being. Through her expertise, Britte helps to restore optimal muscle tone and neuromuscular function, leading to increased range of motion, greater comfort and ease, improved posture, relief from pain, and an overall enhanced sense of vitality. Becca Nielsen
(She/Her) BA, EEM-CLP, RHN, Energy Medicine Practitioner
Becca has been interested in complementary healing modalities ever since she was a child. She was born with a heightened sensitivity to subtle energies and has spent a lifetime exploring how these innate energies affect our daily lives. As an Eden Method teacher, she incorporates her extensive years of energy knowledge into her client practice and our ongoing workshops.
Sandeep Malhi
(He/Him) BSc. Kin, BCAK, DOMP, Osteopathic Practitioner
Sandeep has spent well over 10 years studying human anatomy and movement while working with an array of clients and clinics.
He is a registered Kinesiologist (B.C.A.K.) graduating from Simon Fraser University with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology.
Furthering his studies in manual therapy he became an Osteopathic Practitioner (D.O.M.P. - O.B.C Member) over 6 years full time at the Vancouver College of Osteopathy.
Krista Levesque

As a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Educator, Krista believes that balance is key to a long and vibrant life. Her programs are designed to increase your Healthspan by addressing balance in all life dimensions including physical, emotional, spiritual, occupational, social, and intellectual health. In collaboration with you, Krista creates a personalized program to enable long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes.
